1. Ghost hunts carried out by Moonlight Paranormal are for over 18s only.

2. Unless stated otherwise, there will be no sleeping facilities on the event.

3. Due to the nature, and many locations of a ghost hunt, we request that all guests be of reasonable health. Some locations will provide difficulty to people with mobility problems. If you would like further information about any location please feel free to email and we will respond with the details needed.

4. All events listed on this site are organised by Moonlight Paranormal, please do not contact the location directly to make a payment or for details regarding the event. If there is anything you would like to know feel free to email us.

5. The use of drugs and/or alcohol is strictly prohibited on the event. If anyone is suspected of arriving under the influence, or of bringing these items along, we reserve the right to ask the party to leave the event immediately, with no refund.

6. We ask that all parties behave with respect to the other guests, to the company and its' mediums, and to the location. Some locations have restrictions on certain rooms, and/or artifacts. If we feel any party is disrespectful to the requests of the mediums and the location, we reserve the right to ask the party to leave the event immediately, with no refund.

7. Moonlight paranormal accept no responsibility for damage or theft of any items or vehicles brought along to the event, these are brought at the guests own risk.

8. Due to the nature of some locations, they may not be suitable for pregnant women. Please contact us before booking an event, and we may require a letter from your G.P or midwife.

9. In some cases out of our control, an event may be cancelled by the location. If this does occur, all guests will be offered either a refund or an alternative night. If you decide to cancel your place at the event, no refund will be given less than four weeks before the event, and all deposits remain non-refundable.

10. Moonlight Paranormal accept no responsibility for accident or injury to the guests. Personal health and safety is your own responsibility.

11. Moonlight Paranormal reserve the right to review and change the terms and conditions at any time.
